I accept any kind of Neopets site that has game guides, restocking guides, etc. including Neopets graphic sites, but I do take a look at your site and think about if it.

What do you mean by "graphic" sites?

I mean, a site that makes layouts and graphics for Neopets users, graphics site have to have

their coding all up to date with Neopian filters

commitment in their site, even if it is brand-new

no stolen layouts,graphics,blogs, etc.

and they can not use MS Paint for their graphics because MS Paint just creates a load of mess
